I just bought a Gearbox 385fs and I am not really happy with the a/c performance in the bedroom.
Any tricks you guys could help me with for airflow out of those vents?

You can pop off the other vent covers and insert a small piece of carboard as a form of vent register. That should drive a little more air into the bedroom area.
There is not much more you could do. Maybe add a small fan in the bedroom to circulate the air more.

I had heard about this issue from a few people about front bedrooms so I ordered my trailer with a second unit for the front bed. That is the expensive fix, but it will work.

Make sure to close the quick cool opening on the underside of your AC. We found that made a lot of difference in our TH. It forces more air to the bedroom.

Thanks I'll try the cardboard.
I shut off 2 of the quick cool vents and I think it did help a little.
