Thought this would be fun.

Saw a show this morning on the military channel about a crew recreating an ancient 5 story assault tower on wheels. It was hard, labor intensive work in a hot climate and one guy on the crew wore a utility kilt and he loved it. I thought it was cool (literally!) and practical.

Told my wife, mom and sister about it and they just looked at me funny. Then my niece & dd joked about getting me a “skirt” when they got home from shopping with my mom & sister… No respect I tell ya…

For the men; would you wear a utility kilt for work if it was more comfortable and practical than conventional work shorts & tool belt pouches?

For the ladies; what’s your opinion about a man wearing a kilt while laboring?

If it was indeed more comfortable I’d wear one!

On many men, with the right legs a kilt is quite handsome....

With a toolbelt I am not completely sure since the above picture doesn't show enough of his legs.... but it looks promising.

Please post a picture of yourself wearing one Don and let the ladies vote.

This being an old Scottish settlement, lots of guys around here wear kilts. I like 'em myself.

When I found my birth family a few years ago I discovered I was of Scottish heritage. Of course then all the BS I got was about wearing a kilt. Haven't yet but thought about it. Right now I wear 'bellbottom' T-shirts so I might get a kilt. Now that would be a sight!!!! :>)

I see guys in kilts on Las Vegas Strip all the time.
Wearing a tie could make a shock.
