I know this is kind of off-forum...but I need a quick answer and maybe someone has some experience. Has anyone used the Anchormate 1 system on their fishing boat. If so does it keep the anchor in place once stowed if you get into rough water at speed? I've got limited bow space because of my trolling motor and it looks like the holder that goes over the bow is smaller than on the Anchormate 2 system but I just don't want it coming loose and hitting the boat hull.

Anyone got anything to help me out as I'd like get some installed here pretty quick and I can find the "1" system locally.

Thanks

Wickerbill

My DW's uncle has had an Anchormate on both ends of his fishing boat for years. They work great. We have been in very rough water a few times and they held the anchors with no problem. Not sure they are 1 system, though.
