Hi,

We are planing a small family vacation to Old Orchard in the begining of august. We travel in a class C motorhome (28 foot)

We just came back from Cape Cod. The Cape is really RV friendly, In Plymouth there is an RV parking close to all the activities. There is also a beach parking outside of town for 20.00 $. In Provincetown we were also able to park the RV in a parking lot (for RV) and walk around for about 2 hours.

What can I expect for Old Orchard? How easy is it to park and visit?
Where to park? Any suggestion for beach parking.

We are planing to camp at the KOA.

Thank you

Try this again, original post disappeared.

OOB is a favorite of ours. The KOA is on the main drag, close to the amusements like aquaboggen and funtown/splashtown. The beach is about 10 or so minutes away. Head the the pier area. Many campgrounds offer shuttle service, not sure if the KOA does. There are plenty of pay lots near the beach, we always go to Geaorge's as he has showers, bathrooms and changing rooms.

Plenty of great restaurants all around.

Enjoy

We stayed at Bayleys Campground. They have a free shuttle to the beach. Stayed in one of the new "big rig" sites and it was GREAT. Big area lots of room for kids etc... Place was clean and friendly. On mondays Aquaboggan half price.

Take advantage of the campgrounds that offer the free shuttle to the beach and the boardwalk. Bayley's is great. We also like Poweder Horn--three pools, plus a shuttle.
