In Vegas it is $250 a month or more for covered parking. I keep my 16ft trailer in an uncovered spot for $79 a month.

Wow I really feel blessed, I pay 20 a month and the owner is also a RV mechanic and parts dealer and his shop and his house is on the property. If i need anything done all I have to do is call him he takes care of it and he bills me with no terms! No covered storage.

Some places here in In. you can rent barn space from a farmer. That might be worth looking at.

I pay $50 a month for enclosed and locked covered storage with electric and sewer. It would have been more had it been close to my house, but this way it is only 5 minutes from the lake where we do 90% of our camping anyways, so it saves a lot on gas as well.

WOW! Here in Indiana, I pay $85.00 a month for totally enclosed storage for my TT and boat with my own sliding doors to both bays. No sewage though, and I don't use the electric.

My BIL has a mini-storage facility in Florida and he only charges $1.00 plus tax per day. Lots of TT/fivers/MH parked there (open storage). He's now in Alaska on your dime!! My sister passed last year and he still travels around in his 38foot Monaco.

I'd have to say, going forward I wouldn't buy a home I couldn't park the RV at.

We currently have a home where it's "legal" to park it on the curb, but not so neighbor friendly. Therefore, we pay $75/month for a spot of grass in a fenced storage facility. The owner of the storage facility lives on the front portion of the property. This is an absolutly fabulous rate for our area.

Prior to this place (which is clean and level) we could only find a storage unit with secured coded gate and pavement for $175/month....neither options provided electric or dumping and both only allowed access til 9pm.

BTW---we're in Maryland, near Annapolis.

First of all, it's no ones business why you're trading 5 acres for a Cul-de-sac! Secondly, I pay $186 for covered storage (50'X12')with a dump station. Yes it's expensive, but, for those of us that don't have the property to keep the RV at the house, what else can you do?
