All of a sudden my running lights on mu PUP will not work when I have the headlights or parklights turned on in my TV. They will however come on when I press the brake pedal and when I turn my right turn signal on... Help!

Time to clean out & inspect the connector. In most cases corrosion in the TV end is the cause. The poor connector sits there under the TV 24/7/365 without a thought collecting all the rain/snow/crud/dirt from the road.
A good cleaning with contact cleaner available at most auto parts stores and Radio Shacks is a good start. If that doesn't fix it it's time to check for loose wire connections in the plugs.

Mike,

They were working fine until I was over at my father's house and he decided that the terminals looked dirty and dressed them with some kind of contact cleaner/paste that is supposed to make a better contact by cleaning it... Not sure what happend there...

Sounds like a case of if a little is good a lot is better..LOL. The contact cleaner we use comes in a spray can. The paste types can easily short out between the contacts in the plug. They are supposed to be applied using something like a cue tip and then cleaned off so the paste cleaner itself doesn't form an electrical path.
We also along with using the spray cleaner use dielectric grease to help prevent further corrosion between maintenance cycles.

If the running lights come on with the brakes, you're missing the ground. Clean the connector and try again, then look for wires pulled loose in the housing or under the vehicles.

Is the trailer grounded through the hitch? Or is it a seperate connection on the wire harness... I think somebody once told me that it was the white wire?

Here's links to the pinouts in connectors. There is always a ground wire pin.
