If you don't keep it level, all of the electrons will flow out the outside fridge vent and you'll have this huge mess of electrons to clean up on the driveway.

Not only that but the cabilation sthemer rotated areas will require lubrication, but usually it's to late and the thing will be toast.
Generally if the RV is level enough to not feel out of level when you are in it that is close enough. You don't need to get out you surveyor transit (-:
More than 3 degrees and 6 degrees would be very noticeable.

Please note that an absorption refrigerator should be within 3 degrees of level front to back and 6 degrees side to side... looking at the front of the fridge.
