Maybe I was misleading and wasnt to clear on my last post.
We keep the fresh water tank full whether we are using the MH or not.
I do change it every couple of months and disinfect the tank when we change the water.
Great! That is keeping your tank it's cleanest.

If you stop making coffee, you won't need as much for the bathroom.

My MH is a lifeboat too in the event I must abandon the house (disaster). I keep a pretty good load of water aboard.

Know this is 'C' site but water in 'A' weighs the same. My 2007Sunova26P has posted GVWR #16,000 _ however had mfg adds(dual pane windows ext protect coat & few others) ALSO dealer adds (awnings etc.) Did not realize how much WEIGHT these add-ons would be. Only weighed the beast once(rural truck scale - off CA Hwy99)loaded gas - full water - food & stuff for 1 week - us & dogs came to #15,860. Just about scared the sox offa me. 'Pay load' not what I was told it was to be. Inventoried & weighed EVERYTHING - re-evaluated 'needs' - re-loaded - only carry enough water to wash&flush. Most 'stuff' weighs more than you expect.(soda/beer#5/6pk). Hats off to you folks who can load up an go & still have lots of GVWR to play with.

Since we usually go somewhere where there's no hookups, we bring our water with us. Unlike maddog, we have more CCC than we can use.
