We've had Maxxairs on 5 RVs and wouldn't go anywhere without them. Besides being nice for use when traveling, they let us keep the vents open 24/7 all year to help keep fresh air circulating in the rig. That's the number one keep to keeping mildew and musty odor problems at bay.

The day I picked up my 5er I brought it to CW to get Maxxair vent covers and slider awnings installed.

Like Arnie, we have three different Maxxairs on our trailer. Got 2 MaxxAir II's and a larger one for the Fantastic fan. On my KZ Spree 260FL, the MaxxAir II will not fit on the bathroom vent due to the breather tube right next to it, so had to go with the original MaxxAir instead. Seem to work very nicely.

I put a smoke color MaxxAir II over the bath vent and it lets in more light than the white FanMate800 cover over our Fantasticfan.

I really like them. Fewer things on my checklist of things to keep track of. Also, one of my vents is not accessible when my rear slide is in--but I don't have to be worried that I didn't close it first.

Have one on my trailer, works great. Has been dry so far with the vent open. Installed myself, took about 15 minutes.
