We recently put manual scissor jacks under 28' Jaco. DH saw the DC pow supply campingworld sells. Anyone have any experiece with that product? We didn't get our jacks from there but they look the same. Ours are 7500lb each jack.
We went from a popup recently and he gets "lazier" each day. Now, the jacks are too much trouble to crank down! Think we have created a monster. I know we could put the much more expensive systems on but that is cost prohibitive. CW had these on sale recently and if we purchase them it will be when they are on sale again or I find them elsewhere. Thanks everyone. Ashley11

I would put the money towards a cordless drill. I use a cordless drill with a 3/4" socket. Works great and is easy on a hot day!

Just another approach...I purchased a cheap (about $35) 1/2 inch electric impact wrench at Harbor Freight and use it the spin the scissor jacks on my Shasta down and up. It works great and it just takes a few seconds to raise and lower the jacks. (I have a 110v outlet on each side of the rig near the jacks.) I tried an 18V Skill drill and it worked OK, but the battery went down pretty fast.

i bought a portable 1/2" impact from pep boys for $80. i works great on the jacks and i have used it many times when changing tires. best investment i have ever spend on a battery powered device.
