I was just looking at trailers last weekend and there were several WWs on the lot for sale. What warranty or support is there for anyone buying one of those??

Unless some third party like Alliance or Coach Net offers to provide a warranty at your cost, you're, as stated above, on your own from the get-go.

National RV, who also called it quits, was using a liquidator to move a bunch of their new rigs driven into Yuma to a consignment lot at the end of the Snowbird season and I believe a third party had been solicited and agreed to provide warranty to those who bought one at buyer's cost of course.

Be forewarned that any warranty provider will undoubtedly demand a warranty claim history of a particular brand be compiled before setting their cost to a potential buyer. A brand that has displayed a large warranty claims history will therfore be more expensive to purchase any basic warranty for.

I called WW yesterday and there was bank personel there that I was able to talk to. My husband and I recently won a Texas Lemon Law case against WW with our Full Throttle but have not been paid yet. The lady I spoke to gave me information to make a claim with their office. It was worth a try, not sure it will get us anywhere. It's a little hard to stomach the fact we are out 55,000 for something we can't use because the RV has been deamed unsafe per Texas court. For grins we called the dealership in Houston that we bought our RV from and they said they had WWs on the lot for sale. For warranty work at this dealership, they said they can do WW repairs such as refrigerators, a/c's, things they can go to the maker to get parts but no tv's or manufacture's specific parts. That's my experience, any suggestions are welcome.

If you look over in the ToyHauler section there are several threads going about WW closing there doors. Lousy workmanship from the start, lousy warranty repairs and many broken promises took them down. And it all came tumbling down at the wrong time in the economy. I could care less if I ever see another WW trailer, but I sure fill sorry for all the people that "Did" and "Are" going to get burn by them.

I was talking to the owner of a large rv wholesaler last weekend and he said there were some west coast manufacturers that were having big problems. Guess he was right.

No, I was dead serious. I have no plans to buy a WW, but was surprized to see them on the lot for sale....I sure hope the salesreps let folks know that the company is down the tubes.
