I'm trying to see what pans I have to use in the convection (to see if I need to buy others). I have at least 3 stoneware pans that will fit but I'm wondering if they cook right in the convection. I know they do in my home oven that is also a convection but I've never used the micro/convection combo before. Anyone know?

Some stoneware cannot be used in microwave mode. Should be labeled on bottom if microwave compatible.
Keep in convection mode only for any metal pans.
I never cook in combined mode, but if your stoneware is microwave compatible, then you could use in either or both modes.
