Does the post have a 20 amp outlet in addition to the 30 amp? Use one off the 20 amp at the post and one off the RV outside outlet. Actually both might run off the 20 amp post with two cords but no guarantee. If the post has a 50 amp connection then get an additional adapter to use that outlet.
The air conditioner has it's own 20 amp circuit breaker in the trailer, so you have the 15 amp breaker controlling the trailer outlets for one griddle from the trailer's 30 amp shore power connection. Then run an extension cord, with any necessary adapters to another outlet on the shore power post for the second griddle.
Be aware that you can still trip the 15 breaker in the trailer if you try and use any other fairly high draw appliance in another trailer outlet.
Hair driers, Mr. Coffee, and the like need to be used before or after.
