My wife is getting frustrated with my ever growing collection of black streak removers. Has anyone found the right stuff or know the secret to really cleaning the pesky streaks and spots on teh trailer?

Welcome to the Forum.
HERE is 33 pages of info on black streaks.
Also, if you click on the "RVing FAQ" on top of the page, there is a section on black streaks.

Before I installed my Rain-Kap several months ago and solved 95% of my prior black steak problem, I had some really stubborn black streaks and for the light left over ones after everything else failed to completely remove them, I used some auto polishing compound on a rag and rubbed real lightly and that did the trick.

Just remember most of the black streaks come from a dirty roof. Wash the roof when you wash the sides and your black streak problem will be greatly reduced.

Ditto about the roof. We use Reliable on a dry camper- scrub a bit with a cloth or brush and rinse. Works for us well.

A word about the "Reliable" cleaner, it DOES work great, but don't let it sit on your aluminum siding long as it will remove the paint.
I use it on my aluminum skinned Sunline, but I spray it on, wipe with sponge or brush and rinse off.

The most effective I've used is Wesley's Bleche White whitewall tire cleaner from any auto store or WalMart.

Someone told me GoJo works fantastic. I myself use Black Streak Remover from Camping World and it works great. Just spray it on and wash it off with water.
