I am in the middle of installing a 32 LCD in our MH. I think that I will need a small quiet fan to help ventilation.
Anyone know of a online outlet with reasonable prices? Free shipping?
The TV install is comming along after about 1000 hrs of measuring, figuring, cutting, cutting again and again, mounting, removing,
rewiring, staining and finishing, ect.
TV has good digital picture.
I think a 120v would be easier to hook up. It must be very quiet. I have noticed some online models are rated at 30dbs which sounds like a lot.
I have a fan that is rated for 220v but dont think it would work on 120v.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks

Most likely the 220 V fan will run slowly and quiet on 120 VAC,but do a test before you install it,see if it gets hot???
A better way would be to get one or 2 24VDC fans and run them on 12 to 15 volt DC via an old telephone transformer power supply.

Yep, check out computer fans, they come in various voltages and some are speed selectable. There're handy in small places. I've also used them in inner and outer frig cabinet spaces.

Not real sure what you are looking for, but if you are attempting to install a fan to cool electronics, check these people out www.allelectonics.com Phone number 800 826-5432. They have a ton of different configurations. The have them in DC and AC. I bought two of these Cat#CF-117 E.Z.FAN. simple to hook up. I was surprised how much air they put out. They are real good people to deal with also. It looks like I am not the only one who buys from Allelectronics.Sorry for the redundancy. Carl

Also check out the refrigerator vent fans sold at Camping World and other RV Repair facilities, they are very quiet and compact.

1- You don't want to use a fridge fan for cooling cabinets. Either they are battery operated, or ducted that require a 4" hole.
2- All Electronics was listed on the 1st reply.. Good thing it's on the way to work..
