I am also at Banjo Creek from 7/18-7/28. We love camping here. The campers we have met are very friendly as is the staff. I love camping in the bottom section. It is really nice. We have no problems paying our maintenance fee and really think it is much needed for improvements. The campground really looks nice and improvements will only enhance our campground. Everyone needs to chill out and enjoy.

I have always had only one main concern with Banjo Creek and that is a cap on the maintenance fees. If everyone will pay theirs, they will receive a letter stating that the fee will always remain the same. As far as dealings with a previous employee, my feelings are still the same, but he is gone so I will now chalk him up as a bad investment and like I stated before CHILL AND ENJOY my camping trips at Banjo Creek. Life is way too short to dwell on bad experiences.

That's OK. I will pay too. But when that day comes that I have to say " I told you so", just remember that it was said by many.
That previous employee is still a partner, so how does that fit in ?

Go to NC Sec. of State website and look under LLC companies. The 4 partners of Uwharrie Valley Partners includes his name . How do you explain that ? Rumor from the NC Sec. of State ?

Ok. Fair enough. I just know that on the State web site of LLC companies, he is a partner and was a partner long before Zooland sold out to BC group( which he was/is a partner of). Sounds fishy anyway. This is why lots of members are afraid of who to trust now. Let us know when you can.
