Over the years I have displayed a Flag at my campsite which helps friends find me when they come to visit or to camp in same park.
My first flag was the California state Bear Flag. However, my Wife requested that I stop flying it at our campsite because people would stop by thinking I was the camp host.(I would only accept cash payment for sites ) Then I decided to design my own flag. I use a bright sold Yellow on which I draw my own design in Bright Red. The Orginal disapeared last year after being used at the Ocean. (Wife is prime suspect but was not caught in act) New yellow flag has been purchased and is now ready for camping, security is tight.
So, my question is, how many others fly a flag at their campsite while camping? And, what type do you use?

Never used a sign, my truck is different enough an the golf cart is also. With cell phones anyone coming to visit, I ask that they call us when getting close, we meet them at the gate.

The wife is a flag deterrent at my campsite too. But I fly them anyway! We fly the US flag, the California flag, the Jolly Roger and the Gadsden flag.

No flag for us but we DO give out site numbers to friends to help them find us. We'll fly 'Old Glory' on holidays though but we usually avoid campgrounds on holidays.
