My black water tank valve appears to be leaking slighty, Any suggestions on repair? Has anyone else had this problem?

You might check for some "foreign" substance in the groves where the slide closes. If this is clear then next suggestion is to replace the valve.

How do you change valve that is enclosed in underbelly?

I changed the gray water valve on my Jayco earlier this summer. I had to split the underbelly covering to access the valve. When finished, I used Eternabond tape to seal the underbelly. We just got back from Alaska and the Eternabond held.

BTW, be sure the black tank is empty and thoroughly cleaned!
