What are you all using for under the sink water filters? Right now I have a Shurflo in-line (1/4" line) filter that needs to be replaced. I am debating on another one like it, or maybe switching to the canister type that have replaceable filters. We have a separate drinking water faucet by the sink that is connected to this filter - ie separate from the kitchen faucet.

Thoughts or experiences?

At the first change I removed the factory filter which needed to be replaced through a purchase at Camping World or other RV stores and replaced it with an ice maker/refrigerator type filter from Home Depot. Works just as good and the replacement filters are about 1/3rd the price. This only filters the separate drinking faucet and the ice maker but I don't see any need for anything else to be filtered.

We moved!! No more nasty neighbors, no more rotten parking. I am saving this picture just to remind myself how bad it was.

IMO, there is little if any real difference between the various brands so we went with what was most readily available & that was at Home Depot.

I have used the refrigator filters from Home Depot but I had to trim a little on the conectors to make it work. You could also remove the connectors from the old filter and replace the ones on the new one.
