Our dealer calls us at least once a month to see how we are doing and if everything is working properly. We received the Maxx Air vents, upgraded AC from 13.5 to 15, 27' TV. The day of trade-in, after the walk-through, they moved the used trailer so close to the new trailer that our DD and SIL could load the new trailer without stepping down onto the ground while we were finalizing the paperwork. When all was finished, two dealer techs hooked up our trailer to their truck and took it to our seasonal site to help us set it all up. They made a trip back to the dealer for lubricants and stayed with us until everything was set up properly. One week later, we had two small problems - the dealer came to our seasonal site to make the repairs at no charge. Two months later, we had a tropical storm that blew rain through the storage area and into the bunk house ( I was not careful to latch the top latch and rain came in through the tiny opening) . We called the dealer and they directed us to rental store that had a shop vac available. The next day, the dealer called us to see if we had any further problems. That kind of service is worth more than the freebies we received. We heartedly recommend our dealer and the service they have provided!!

Yet another reason it was the 6th rv in as many years bought from him. Hope I remembered everything-its been a while.
