gypsy I just call 'em as I see 'em. Both posters with negative comments are about 3000 miles away from Pismo and I'm going to go out on a limb here and say most likely neither of them have ever been there. Funny how they feel qualified to decide how it should and should not be. Not to worry though, those of us that love riding our ATVs and other sand toys at Pismo are used to uninformed people attacking the OHV park which is what the OP was bringing to light.
As for the "perception of ATV folks" most that have a negative image of us have no idea what a decent, hard working, family oriented group the majority of us are.
I am a grandpa and a card carrying AARP member but I refuse to act like either!
btw, are you still stewing about Florida Parks allowing golf carts?
