I have a 2006 Discovery and the wheels are tarnished a little. I have yet to find anything to clean then. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

If they don't have a clear coat on them, you can use this combo.
Mothers mag and aluminum polish with the buff ball.

FLITZ metal cleaner/polish works for me. A willing teenage helper works better than the powerball, but they are harder to find, and can be more expensive.

I had my wheels polished last time I was in Vegas. The guy used 3D Metal polish. His comment was that product was one that worked for him.

Try a vinegar based window cleaner.

Mine don't have the clear coat. Mother's billet works the best. I started with Mother's Mag and Aluminum and read recommendations, on the forums, that the billet works better. It does, but it is not as easy to find. I had a heck of a time getting the water spots off my wheels, now they clean up real easy and shine like chrome.

I checked at lunch and my wheels are Accuride 9254....I will try some of the suggestions and see what works. I believe they are clear coated, but I guess I will see.

There are many fine polishing products on the market including the ones mentioned above. I am partial to Busch Products.
