A well known and liked person to all Rver's has left us look here
I looked forward to reading his articles in Motorhome and Trailerlife Magazines.
He will be missed his humor and wit.

"Without Trucks & Truck Driver's America Stops!"
Beware of KQ Ranch/CRA Resorts
"Too late to save your shoes, roll up your pant legs!"
"I need more Coffee & Old Bushmills!"
"When all else fails, Ham Radio!"

Oh, that's so sad. Quite a loss for the RV community.

Here's another article with a few personal details:

http://www.gypsyjournal.net/NicksBlog.htm

The articles report the cause of death as Mersa or Merca; they were probably referring to MRSA, methicyllin-resistant staph aureus

He was a very interesting and good man. We met him last year at a Life on Wheels conference in Tucson. We also attended a couple of classes he taught on full timing. He had a great sense of humor too. He will be missed.
