I have narrowed it down to the heavy duty Atwood or the 3500 Hi-Power Barker.I am looking for opinions on these models please.

I agree both will work well. I have the Barker 3500.

Either one, make sure you lube and cover the head.

I'm partial to Barker... My 10 year+ old 2500 has been on 3 different trailers now and all I have replaced is an output gear... Great jack...

Like they said - - - most are happy & well-served by either one. In my particular case my Barker 3500 died after about 4 seasons. I replaced it with an Atwood which so far has worked like a charm (but then so did the Barker for the first several seasons!).

I love my barker 3500. I would suggest you look at how the current jack bolts to the frame of your TT. You will find that the jack has a plate that rests on top of the frame and then you should have 3 bolts that hold the jack in place. I didn't realize that the Barker had a round plate, whereas my manual jack had a triangular shaped bolt plate. When I got the jack, I found that that there was a 1/2" overlap of the plate and the tray where my battery sits. I ended up grinding the bolt plate so it would fit. Not the end of the world, but it was something unanticpated that I had to deal with.

Thanks for the responses. It is a tough choice because they both sound like good units.
