We're in ours at least 6 months out of the year. We wouldn't be without. You have to learn how to use it to get the best results. Wife has mastered it and clothes don't come out wrinkled anymore. Sure beats going out to do it.

I didn't thinks if would make a difference at the time of the purchase. It was no big deal on the closing of the sale one way or the other. Just as the fridge/freeze in the belly of the coach. But when I trade or buy again I will for sure have both. The are a great asset and option..

In my opinion, a 36' mh with 2 small children needs the storage space more. Are most of your trips going to be longer than 4 days?? You can pack enough clothes for that. Give mother a break from doing laundry on the road too. Most every RV park has multiple washers and dryers for when you are truly staying out on the road.

I removed my washer/dryer the day I bought mine used. Saved myself 500# of weight and we have used a laundrymat only 2 or 3 times in 20 years. The rest of the time we packed enough clothes since our trips unfortunately never run more than a week at a time.

We have two small children (3yrs and 4 months) and the washer/dryer combo is great for kids clothes.
