Here's the short list:

Host Everest
Okanangan 126TKS
Arctic Fox 1160
Eagle Cap 1160

Any last minute opinion or thoughts?

It's decision time.

Wow, those are all nice campers. Since you don't have to worry about weight, and you have a family, I'd look towards tank capacities.

You better go and see the Arctic Fox 1160 in person. The basement is tall and when you walk into the camper the counters are really short.I felt like I was a giant in there and I'm only 5'9".
Has anyone else noticed this?

I did, and yes they are unusually low. I told my wife just to sing the "umpa lumpa" song. But did you see the basement! OMG! HUGE!!

We thought we were the only one's who noticed the low counter tops in the AF the designers wife must have been like my mom 5 foot nothing. As far as the rest on the list we looked at the OK triple slide and the only closet we could see was up in the bed.All the slides only give you more space not more storage.

Can we vote on the model you should purchase? Of course a reason must be given with each vote !

I really like the host myself but if you are a tall man you might have an issue with hitting your head on the ac unit. I am 6'00" and my hair rubed the ac but other then that I really impressed with the host. thats my pennies worth. SO WITH ALL THAT SAID MY VOTE GOES TO HOST

Agreed . . . the triple gives you more space and less storage. The main reason for making the change is sleeping space for the kids. Right now our oldest sleeps on the dinette while youngest sleeps on the floor. After being stepped on in the middle of the night he's done with the floor.

The triple has a unique advantage the DW really likes. We would be able to use the rear sofa and the above bunk to create sleeping areas for both the kids while having space at the dinette area that's usable. The kids like to sleep in while we usually get up early, have coffee and get breakfast going.

The Arctic Fox 1160 wins hands down on total storage. So far it's the only camper I have seen that really has more space than my 1181. No triple slide available and we would loose that sofa bed.

Hey mooney

how about none of them and move up to a class C . I just bought a bigfoot 3000SL26. Now that has ahuge space and storage. Check it out on their site. Now all I have to do is sell my snowbird. If I had to choose it would be either the OK becuase it is wood framed and canadian made or the AF becuase of the large capacities.
