Smoke smell as in campfire or smoke smell as owned my a smoker? I suggest washing anything that can be washed and fabreeze.... Plus maybe open it up and give it a good airing out.... Maybe put a fan inside to help move the air around...

2nd on the ozone generator. Works wonders. Check with the rental stores.

Ozium spray, it is an ionized spray and is MUCH cheaper than renting an ozone generator. Avaialable at most stores, usually in the auto department.

You can also put some fresh ground coffee in a bowl or 2 and set them in out of the way places. They will absorb the odor.

If it is from tobacco smoke. You may never get it out. If is from campfire smoke. Enjoy it, and go camping and add to it.

If it is smoke smell from cigarette smoke you need to get the nicotine that's on the walls, ceilings, cabinets etc. using TSP (read to see what you cannot use it on as you probably have vinyl walls and ceilings) or some other type of cleaner - even 409 and a rag - just need to get that coating off everything. As long as the nicotine is coating the inside - it will smell. Get the carpets steam cleaned (not chem-dry type) everywhere there's carpet (underbed storage areas).

Wash everything washable, steam clean anything that's not professionally. Replace the Air conditioner filter if you have one of those. Run the air to "air" it out as well.

Ozone machine and febreze. It will take some work - but you should be able to get the majority of it out.
