DW was approached in the grocery store parking lot by a man offering to fix a dent in our truck's rear door for $250. She called me and asked if I wanted her to do it. I told her I would have to think about it and for her to get the man's name and number. Anyway, while she was on the phone to me the man and an associate popped the dent out. After she hung up, they demanded payment of the $250. She refused to pay, telling them that she had never agreed for them to do the work in the first place. Personally, I think $250 is too much for them to just pop the dent out, it's not totally repaired but does look better than it did. So what do you think, should DW have paid him the $250?

Who told the WA-MU CEO to bankrupt the bank?
He's got his millions anyway.
If the fix looks perfectly I'd be happy to pay the money. If not, I would bargain.
