Fool's Paradise is throwing a Party on Jan. 18 for all it's customers. This includes all Winter Texans. Fool's Paradise is providing the Brisket and anyone that wants to bring a side dish, desert, bag of chips etc. is welcome to do so. It will start at 3 pm and go till about 9 pm.
There will also be great live entertainment provided by 12 String Tim & Sharon. They put on a very good high energy show of music & comedy.
Directions:
Go north of expressway 83 on Salinas in Donna to a left on Mile 10 North and it's up a block and on your left.

Just talked with Phillip at Fool's Paradise - They'll have enough Brisket and Sausage to feed about 200 people. They open at Noon and are looking forward to a great party. Potato salad, deviled eggs, macaroni salad, cakes, pies, etc. will be welcomed. Praying for good weather.

We had a 40 min. wait at Gonzales today too but it was worth the wait, the burgers were great.
