there were some 50-60 of these guyes roaming around the COE park of Grainger Texas. I thought it was really funny, the dogs didn't know heads or tails.

took long enough

I see it, fresh steaks on the hoof!

We were camping a few years ago up in a valley in Tehachapi, and woke up to the sight of around 1500 sheep grazing all around us! Most were cotton white, but every one out of about 50 were black sheep. Lots of babies too. A lone aussie shepherd dog was slowely circling, nipping a heel now and again and keeping them in check.

All was very pastorial and peaceful until I took our sheltie "Walley" out on a leash to do his morning business. He was startled and barked a few times,(hey I reminded myself, he IS a sheepdog!) and the sheep took off in 50 different directions! The Aussie Shepherd acted really annoyed, and shot us a dirty look as he took off and rounded the sheep back into a tidy circle. Over on a nearby ridge, the human Shepherd was falling over, clearly amused, laughing hysterically at his now busy dog being all business rounding them up.

Hey, I'm a city boy...so are my kids and wife...and we all thought the whole thing was really cool!

She is a herding dog. You could have got her to round up some veal for the cookout.

BBQ Baby Back ribs come to mind. It's open season on these little devils. I took this photo from the safety of the motorhome, at Corpus Christi Lake Campground TX.
