Headed to the race on Saturday, anyone know of a good place to get take out chicken wings? We will be headed north on 77. Would prefer somewhere well before you get to Concord close to the interstate.

The absolute best place for wings near the Queen City is the Wing King Cafe, just South of Charlotte. I used to eat lunch there every day when I worked in Ft. Mill, S.C., and they are great. The buffalo chicken sandwich is my favorite, but you have to have a few wings on the side to make it right.
Here is a link to their menu. From 77 north, get off at Carowinds amusment park (exit 90, last exit in SC), and turn left (N) on Carowinds blvd. Wing King is at the corner of Carowinds and York.
Yep, Quaker Steak And Lube for wings and if you want ribs, Sticky Fingers on the other side of I-85 from Quaker Steak.
