Busy day! Just moved the "B" to front driveway and will soon start loading. The plan is to leave tomorrow and meander toward Pagosa Springs. We are really looking forward to seeing Colorado. I think the only other time we set foot in the state was a ski trip to Winter Park.

We've got a nice little group ready to rally and I'm so looking forward to it!
The leaves are just now starting to change (We're about 3 hours NW of Pagosa) so the colors should be absolutely ripe for us! I'm scheduled to get to the campground Friday, leaving Monday and my honey Mark'll meet us there for the w/e. See you all soon! Remember cameras and swimsuits.

We just spent the day at Zion NP and put in a good six hours of hiking. We are exhausted right now but I am sucking down a Zion Canyon Brewing IPA and getting ready for dinner. Tomorrow Bryce NP, then Capitol Reef NP and Four Corners. It looks like we may make a trip to Ignacio, CO because Nancy and I are both reading James D Doss mystery novels and the main character is Charlie Moon, a cop out of Ignacio and the Southern Ute Indian Reservation.

Leaving in about an hour. Seems like forever waiting for this day. See ya all later this week. Drive safely and enjoy your travels to Pagosa Springs.

The best laid plans. . . . . We left Friday, intending to spend Sat and Sun. nights in the Sumpter, OR locale. As we prepared to go to the Dredge State Park this morning, we got a huge windshield crack. Evaluating our options, we decided our chance of getting a replacement tomorrow would be better in Boise so we headed that direction. We are stopped in Fruitland in a full RV park's parking lot along the railroad tracks. We are thankful for the overflow spot since the day has been somewhat stressful Still, we are looking forward to the B Out West #2 next week.

Having a great time in Pagosa Springs with all the Ber's. Had a fantastic potluck dinner tonight. Great variety of food and lots of good conversation going on. 15 units from 9 states. Great fun with great people.

This Sunday morning has clear skies, but we have found in this area that could change in a minute as the mountains form the storms. Fortunately, though, we have had good luck both nights so far and the days have been good too. Just kind of dicey watching storms all around.
The B Out West Group added a "Little Guy" Teardrop trailer couple from Telluride. You can't get much smaller.
