Time: starts at Noon until 5PM or whenever
Location: Horseman's Grill & Saloon. Weslaco
the address is Mi.6 West & Mi. 12 North, Weslaco TX 78596
(this is approximately 3.8 miles north of Expressway 83 on Westgate. It will be on your left side when going north)
It is a large wooden building
This location can handle more people than our former location and is still centrally located in the RGV.
In the past we had to cut off at 125 people. Our group continues to grow and we want everyone to attend who would like to.
This location has a full kitchen and a lunch plate will be available for $5.00. You can purchase a ticket for a lunch plate when you sign in.
Soft drinks, beer, coolers are available. You may bring a bottle if you would like a mixed drink and pay for a set up.
Please don't bring in anything from the outside in the way of food or beverage unless you want liquor.

This sounds like fun! Put "Showme Travelers" down for 2.
A few quick questions since we have never attended.
Is there a meal involved? At the location? Bring a dish?
Any other details we might need to know as "first timers"?

Since it is starting at noon I look for most people to have lunch at the Horseman. They have food and it is reasonably priced. Sandwiches, etc.
You do not have to bring a dish or anything.
I posted in the main Topic what they serve as far as beverages.
It will be indoors so we do not have to worry about the weather. They do have a large patio.
Any more questions? I will try to answer.
