Just want to pass on my experience with working with Damon warranty. Well it started shortly after we bought the coach that we decided to get an appointment with a local dealer that does warranty work on Damon. The first dealer went out of business, second dealer did more damage than good, and then after those expericances we decide to trek up to the factor in Indiana roughly 4 hours away. And all I have to say is the quality of service was five star. We had to stay a couple of days due to they had to fix the slide and replace the carpet but the service folks were very nice and professional.

at least you still have an outlet in Indiana. Monaco closed theirs and now you need to go to Florida or Oregon

I had the same experience with a local dealer. We made our trek to Elkhart a "vacation with repairs". The repair garage facility looked kinda flybynight upon arrival...I wondered if I was in the right place. It looked too small to fix MHs. Factory service and personnel ended up to be outstanding. They fixed items I didn't even know were broke. They found a torn seam in a cushion cover, sent it off to get repaired and mailed it to me. At the end of the work day they put it in the yard, plugged it in and turned on the heat for us so we could spend the night in it. They like donuts for breakfast but start work too early for me; 6 a.m. Visited the dunes on Lake Mi.

We too have had our share of good experiences with Damon. We stayed 10 days on the way home from Alaska and got to know them well. The work was excellent and ey were very helpful. We had another problem on the way from there and they fixed it last April when we were on our way back up here to Alaska (We liked AK so much we decided to stay). I don't know when we will get a chance to get back there but we do have more work for them.

While we were there we had the table taken out and a new "desk with table" put in by another company. Elkhart is fun, nice place to shop for RV goodies.

I worked on an issue with my Damon for about 4 months off and on. I finally gave up and called Damons tech Dept and was connected with Mike-- He is an awesome guy and very nice and helpful. Helped me fix my problem in about 5 minutes.

Just call Mike

When we got our coach new at Crystal Valley RV in Illinois.... the dealership absolutely SUCKED immediately after the SALE. Service department was awful.

I had a small issue and went to Brown and Brown in Kankakee, Illinois instead... and have been using them for my warranty service and inspections ever since. Pretty decent folks there and they actually get stuff done. We also don't have to drive the coach two hours each direction on the Chicago area toll roads to get there. WAY better!
