Trying to use the info you are giving us which we are grateful for.
We dont really see a switch on the inverter to shut it off. Like I said. Mine has the 2 push/reset breakers. his has two breakers. One says Mirco and not sure what the other was. could be inverter. But we turned both off. Unplugged shore power, then pulled the two signal wires and then the red lights started to flash green. Then they went out. We then unhooked the pos. cable that went to the inverter and waited a few. We then hooked the cable back up. Then the signal wires. then turned on the breakers. Nothing happened till we turned on the shore power and we then had the two flashing red lights again.

Now like I said before. He did have the 2 chasis batteries changed by the dealer. came from vegas and stayed over night in a park. The really dont know if it was happening then. Just hoping they can run the heat pumps tonight as not to draw a lot of DC and kill the batteries. They will try to get a mobile RV guy out. But New years and all.
Thanks guys. Really. Thanks

Probably a blown fuse which will be under the cover. Get on the AC Out wires and check for output. If none here, the fuse is blown.

He has AC. When plugged into shore power.

Just doesnt appear to be charging and all the falts flashing on the inverter. And on the panel inside. The funny thing is that the inside panel flashes AC in when NOT hooked up.

Before we said we got it back to normal by killing shore power. Fault lights still flashed. The when we unhooked the data jacks everthing went normal. It would then even INvert. But we were afraid to drain batteries plus he gets 110v. But as soon as we plug back into shore power it just all goes back to faults. Leaning towards a battery problem maybe. We'll see how he faired over night later on. Then see if we can get a hold of someone for tomorrow.

Thanks again all for all you inputs.
Happy New Year!!!!!

This is almost acting like a backfeed for sure. But like I said. He had the dealer change the chassis batteries. Could that cause it? I couldnt see how. But I am a house wireman and not to sharp at all on the RV wiring. I found the manual for his inverter and that is what it is saying as far as the lights flashing. Not to mention that if that IS what it is? It could have ruined the Inverter already.

When the batteries draw down to a certain point, the generator will not charge them. Start the engine and charge them back up some, then the generator will work charging. The generator has to be off when runnning the engine otherwise it overrides. Having a similar problem myself right now. I thought the batteries were the problem. Also I found out the shore power was bad and causing the system to give error messages. It worked, but was not providing full power. Someone here called it a 'cheated' 50 amp shore power. Maybe try plugging in to a different shore power.

Just a follow up.
We plugged in to another pedistal with no change. I then decided. Lets try the 110v 20 amp. That just kept tripping the GFCI right away. So there is a ground fault somewhere which may be causing that also.
But he has an appointment with his dealer on Monday. He has just been running the heat pumps for heat and using the micro light and has a 110v table lamp.

But he & I want to thank you all for your help.
Ya'll are the best to be here helping out.
Thanks again

Unplug the invertor wire in the back of the panel, it looks like a telephone connector or disconnect it at the inverter for a few seconds. It will reset your inverter. Maybe that will help.

We did all of that and if we killed the power. Cut the battery switch, and unplugged the data wires it would clear. Till we turn on the power again. Then it would fast flash 2 red/orange lights.

Are you sure somebody didn't press the buttons to Equalize the batteries?

Nope.
I know he cooked the chassis batteries. Had to use the button to start the coach using the house batteries. Then went and had 2 new chassis batteries put in. THIS is when he noticed this happening. Anyhow. He has an appointment Monday.
