Well, I did get off work early and thought about making the trip.

Actually we WERE there in spirit(s) though.

I got off work about 1:30p on Saturday and already had the TH hitched to the truck to bring it home. Got home and loaded up food, drink, wife, fishing poles and headed to the beach. We lounged, ate, drank, and fished until about 2am.

Stayed until Sunday evening, and then returned home. All in all, a great weekend, but we still need to get out west for one of the hoolie outings.

Just time, money, and the 2600 miles in between.

Heck, it takes me a day and a half just to get out of the State of Florida!

Hope you know, I was jokin'.

If not, it wouldn't be the first time my sarcastic sense of humor was mis-interpreted. My first ex-wife can attest to that.

Tough crowd over there on the dark side, but then I knew what I was in for.

Later,
Al
