i bought tomtom 920 at best buy - salesman told me it had height/clearance feature - does not .

i'm now looking at copilot live 11.

talked to copilot and was assured that copilot live 11 has the feature

(clearance/height) same as the copilot 11 truckers version.

does anyone have the copilot live 11 ?

how does it compare with street and trips - aside from the fact s and t does not have the clearance/height feature ?

thanks etchison so. al.

We've had co-pilot for years and we are using co-pilot live 10. It has the height/clearance feature also. I did not like co-pilot live 11 and removed it off the laptop and reinstalled co-pilot live 10.

I did send them emails and explained to them the features that live 10 had and was not in the live 11 version. I never got a reply back from them.

We are happy with how we can place multiple wave points in planning trips.

I have the tomtom Go 910 & was abel to download the height/clearance feature as Points Of Interest from the tomtom web site. Just turn on so that this POI is visible on your map & its there.

I use a 720 and have the Low clearance POI installed on it. The problem is that, while they show up on the map the unit won't route around them.

Copilot would be your best bet if you have room for the laptop. One of these days I'm going to buy a Ram-Mount and Copilot.

You may want to check out Delorme, they have a system for laptops that is similar to RV copilot, its cheaper and has height restrictions in it too.
