Excellent!

We had a mortgage burning party a year and a half ago! It was great fun! Maybe you and your family would enjoy inviting friends, family, and neighbors over to celebrate.

Nice to know you have your den paid for--now go argue with the county to get the property tax reduced! Jumping thru the tax collector's loops for a rate reduction has become a fun pastime for me in my dotage.
