hopefully i can post a pic of a repair my DH recently made to the closet door that was broken when he hit a deep chuck hole and flung the door back hard enough to break the mirror. we replaced the mirror with a piece of bamboo window shade and i actually prefer it to all those mirrors (2 on doors, one long mirror across the back). now all i have to do is talk him into replacing the hateful mirror over the bathroom sink for the dandy little oval mirror on the other bathroom wall.

Looks good, we have the same set up in our Winnie and always attach a ball cord on the door handles of the mirrored doors. So far no breakage. DW attaches lots of ball cords and bonge cords to as many cabinet doors as possibel before be get on the road.

I love the bamboo door front. I think I would find a way to "accidently" break the other one too!

It seems that the use of mirrors is a common to make an RV look larger then it really is.

Very clever way to make the repair, not sure I would have thought of that, but I also think it looks better than the mirror. WTG
