Anybody using this producthttp://www.xcentrik.ca/en/Smart-Dryer/0030/0030.aspx for towels and such while camping at a place with no trees to string up a clothesline, boondocking at the beach for example
We have one and it's as practical as they say. We got it second hand a few years ago. It easily holds a full load of wet towels. Everywhere we camp, somebody eventually stops and asks about it.
I've only seen it once Camping World for around $60
We've been using one regularly for last couple of years. Easy to hook onto rear ladder while stationary and can hold up to 2 loads of laundry or so from our stack washer. Works good.
We're starting to see some rust stains develop on the stainless cross bars which is a little worrisome. Don't want rust stains on our clothes but that hasn't been a problem yet. Fingers crossed.

You could try slitting some plastic tubing to slide over the bars.

Ours has plastic coated cross bars. Maybe the newer ones were 'updated'
We bought one but haven't used it yet. We got it after seeing one last fall that some fellow RV'ers had on their fiver. We bought it on sale from Camping World...don't remember the exact price...around $55 I believe.
