Air bags can solve the problem but I would try aiming the lamps down first unless you are set on getting bags. My lights are aimed as low as they can go and I just leave them that way. Lights are very bright so that is no problem.

I have the firestone airbags, but I also turned my headlights down a bit.Works great with camper on or off.

On a proper ride height, the headlights should be a bit high. That indicates you have dropped enough to engage the whole spring pack, including the overloads. If you put that much air in the bags, you are riding on the bags, and not getting the full use of the suspension. I have bags also, but adjust the pressure carefully so i am using the suspension and the bags to support everything. A bit of headlite adjustment may be necessary. I can tell a big difference in the sway when the bags are inflated too much.
