Everyday we leave our night Parking spot in Navarre (mainland) and head to one of the beaches that we frequent on the Gulf Islands National Sea Shore or the Navarre Beach County Park (best equipped).
These beaches are 5 to 7 minutes drive from "night camp" unless we do laundry or stop at Walmart or Public for baked beans, amish potato salad and boars head ham.... even collard greens... the ones from Walmart are awsume.
There is a hint here... we stopped for an overnight... and now write about days.... seemingly endless days in the warm sun, emerald ocean, and on the blindingly white sands.
We have passed these flowers at the mainland end of the bridge to the island... a lot!
When we cross the bridge we can see the Eglan AFB complex to the far left on the Santa Rosa Island... and to the near left the County Parks Navarre Beach ant the near left and straight in front of us...
Navarre Beach gives us access to both the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound.
