They are sure running some good prices on left over 2008 and 2007's.
Now would be a great time to buy if you are looking, they even have some 2009's, but I have not seen any prices on those.

Not all of their models. Mine is on a Lippert frame and it is a 2007. I just wish they would have never made the decision to stop production, but rather change tactics/business plan. Rv dealers were forced to close when they made that decision i.e. DG RV in Caldwell ID. I don't think that was the sole reason, but it definitely was a large factor.

They use Lippert Frames in the Hitchhiker II or LS models and I think in some of the smaller lighter DA's all the heavy DA's and the Champange's are Young's frames.
So far I've not had frame issues with my Hitchhiker II LS, and we have thousands of miles on it in the first year not all of it good roads.

It was for a time. Mitchell sold to them then bought back within months. There is a timeline on the owners forum some place (I'm too lazy to find it) on the company's history.
It's a pretty interesting story but then a lot of the RV companies have interesting stories. It's become part of how my wife and I grade the companies any more. Companies that have enough history and focus on it to be able to tell their story instead of having to ride down their competitors. Seem to have a better product. Crossroads, Nu Wa, Carriage, Glacier Bay all come to mind on that front (From tours and forum posts by the company brass)

I was going to say that explained everything. I was assuming SweetLou's 329 RSB was 29 feet something in size.
But then I bothered to check the Nuwa site just to make sure on size of the 329 RSB.
His 329 RSB is almost identical in length and unloaded weight to my 2003 Quad Slide 35 footer. He has Lippert, I have Young's Welding frame. Of course, his is 2007 compared to my 2003.
Oh, and regarding the previous dealer issue mentioned, SweetLou reported about DG RV in Caldwell, Idaho who closed after Nuwa shut down.
The dealer I bought from also shut down, PleasureLand RV in Fargo ND. But this may have been a reorganizing move, as they still have two other branches of this dealership open in Minnesota.

The year does matter the DA's were all Youngs frames up until a couple of years ago.
AK Recreation where we bought went out of business five months after we bought. "Health" issues nice folks though but we bought out of state so unlikely we would of done much with them other then swing by and say howdy when we were in Forth Worth.
