Life is'nt about how you survived the storm...
It's about how you dance in the rain!
Some of the opinions on this board scare the******out of me...... where there's a will, there's a way? WTH! This is completely ridiculous. I hope I don't ever meet up with something like that on the road.

We own a Sport Trac and like it a lot, but even thinking about towing a 5er with it is ludicrous. I remember the first time I really looked at the bed and realized that the plastic lining wasn't just plastic lining, the bed is actually plastic, no metal involved.
We hauled our gear with our old Sport Trac, we have another one now:
Sure, a 5er can be towed with ANYTHING! Just get one of the dollys that go under the front of the trailer, then a good reciever hitch will tow it. I bet somebody can furnish a link to the dolly.
It is basicly a lighter version of the dollys used for towing double and triple semi trailers.
I am NOT "advising" that this be done, and I wouldn't do it, but the option IS available.
"always use the proper tool for the job!" That's the first thing I learned when starting training as a helicopter mechanic many years ago. IMO, there are few jobs the Sportrac is the proper tool for, and towing a 5er certainly isn't one of them!
Hey, I'm in.... got my lawn chair and I'll get the pop and popcorn.... cause watching this kind of contraption is going to be funny...
Just hope no one gets hurt.
On the serious side... it's just dangerous. To move weight you need something that will do the job... pint sized wanna be pickups are too dangerous. Your taking lots of risks especially if your family is riding with you.
