Another here that has stored the KP stabilizer. Installed the Eliminator stabilizers several weeks ago and even without the Rotochoks, the 5er was a whole lot more stable than it's ever been. Will continue to use the Rotochoks for their main purpose (IMHO, safety, to keep the trailer from rolling). We never had much front/back movement, but the side/side was terrible and since the KP tripod has only ~2 1/2" contact point, don't see how this can help side/side movement in any way. The Eliminators sure did the job though. Use that $100.00 towards one of the 6 point stabilizer systems. CW has the Eliminator on sale right now (Club price - $214 free S&H). Good luck!

We installed JT's and been super happy. We have very very minimal movement even when the wife does her flop on the slide sofa..I would invest alittle more to get alot more JMHO..

Is there any difference between the Eliminators and the JT Strongarm stabilizers? They look the same to me.

I have a tri-pod stabilizer laying in the back of my truck. Not a very good $100 investment. Maybe someone will take it so I don't have to worry about where it will lay until someone else wants to borrow it.

Have used mine for years. It is a bit heavy, but I just toss it in the truck when we leave and set up at the CG takes 3 or 4 minutes.

Forgot it on the first trip out this year and couldn't believe how much shaking there was in the rig. Won't ever leave home without it again. We really don't notice any shaking in our rig with it unless we are up front and the 170 lbs of dogs are having a free-for-all in the back of the rig. Got rotochoks on order to see if that eliminates that little bit of motion.

I've got one of the king pin stabilizers and can't ever tell if I remembered to put it in place. Waste of money IMO.

We camped without it and then got a two leg stabilizer. I don't know if it's a mental trick or not but it seems more steady when in the bed, not so much rocking when I roll over- that was kind of a weird feeling.
