I saw a sign, for a restaurant, many years ago that was Me 'n Ed's. I still chuckle when I think of it.

Good luck! You will need it opening a restaurant during a recession.

Has far as a name is concerned, How about, "Happy Days!" (exclamation point included) and then do the inside very much like the retaurant in the TV show Happy Days.

Authentic American Pizza

I have heard that our pizza is very different than what you get in Italy.

The Pizza Place

(I always wanted to open a "healthy" restaurant and call it "Einstein's...the Smart Place to Eat")

Good luck on your new venture (can't wait for the DH to retire...he's been in the Restaurant business for 36 years....it's a tough "on your feet" business)
