Consider a fan clutch as well.

Yes, yes, yes. We were staying cool OK but the fan clutch was weak.

Replace every thing and check out the fan blade because some had under sized rivets at do work loose and lets the fan come apart.

CHECK THE HARMONIC BALANCER - the lowest pully hub.

I pulled the radiator and had it recored. After getting that all back together, I decided to have the fan clutch replaced, then the belts, and during that belt replacement proceedure, it was discovered that the harmonic balancer was about the fly apart. (That can happen, and it isn't pretty when it does.) We had to pull the radiator out again.

Well, the second most important point I'm trying to make is to do all that stuff at the same time - while the radiator is out. Anthing mentioned that you have the money for is good to do.

One more item of interest.....Once everything is out just remove the staples that hold the "Shroud" together....

Drill and reinstall 3 or 4 1/4 X 20 bolts with locking nuts, The ease of future belts and other componets that need to be changed out will make this simple mod something worth while...
