Does any one have an example on how to connect 2 new 6v golf cart batteries from Sams club. I also will bee installing these on a Fleetwood Gearbox if it helps any. Thank you

Connect the (+) lead to the (+) of one battery. Connect the (-) lead to the (-) of the OTHER battery. Connect the 2 un-used battery terminals (+ and -) together using cable.

Get a premade battery cable at WM or autostore and connect the positive of one to the negative of the other. Now you have a 12 volt battery. Just connect the rest to the remaining positive and negative. Do not connect anything to the terminals with the new interconnect battery cable.

This puts the two batteries in parallel, making a six volt power supply. This is not how you do it for a 12 volt system.

That is how I hooked up mine and it runs all my 12v stuff...I'm pretty sure that puts them in series.
