Starting a two vacation in our 2007 PW Lexor in a couple of days.
Besides carrying the H20 affecting gas mileage, is there any structural issues driving with a full tank?
For example the tank mounts holding up the full tank combined with constant vibration at 65mph and or bumps and jolts on the highway.TIA

It shouldn't be a problem for you. For peace of mind, you may want to crawl underneath to be sure everything is well secured.

I'm not aware of the location of your fresh water tank!...under chassis?...mine is inside the coach, with-in the passenger sides bed.

I always maintain a full tank. Never had a problem; I have the 8.1 Vortec w/ Allison tranny, a 30' motorhome and average about 10mpg.

We take a full tank with us when the water supply where we are going is not the best. We take about 1/4 of a tank otherwise. That ensures that we have drinking water on the trip and for a emergency.

2007 Lexor here..we always go with a full tank. Never noticed a difference in mileage between full and empty fresh water tank.

I travel full or empty. Our tank is located mid-front, under the passenger side and I don't like the sloshing sound of a partially filled water tank.
We carry 2-5 gallons of drinking water in our under bunk storage at all times.
Traveling full is certainly OK in most cases.

Should be no problem. They are built to be able to haul water. I see no issues in going with full tanks. Good luck.
