I think sometimes we forget that the freedoms we have are freedoms not because of celebrities. The freedoms are because of ordinary people who did extraordinary things, who loved this country more than life itself.

But those encounters where people have to shoot the animal in self defense are rare and the bill is intended to uphold our God given right. You are most likely to have to defend yourself against two legged predators.

And just to be clear (and educate), you can use the NOISE of a gun firing to scare away the critters without actually shooting/killing them too.
